These terms apply when you use this website. They're the ground rules for the site itself — not the contract for any work we do together, which is covered by a separate agreement.
1. Using this site
By using hyractech.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
2. What this site is for
This site is here to explain who we are and what we do, to let you get in touch, and to book a call with us. The information on it is provided in good faith and for general information. It isn't professional, legal, or technical advice for your specific situation — for that, talk to us directly.
3. Bookings and meetings
Booking a call reserves a time with our team. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email — please give reasonable notice, and we may occasionally need to move a time and will offer you another. Some meetings are recorded so we can prepare a summary and follow up; if a meeting is being recorded you'll be able to see that in the meeting, and by staying in a recorded meeting you consent to it — tell us if you'd prefer not to be recorded and we'll accommodate where we can. 4. Our content
The text, design, logos, and other material on this site belong to Hyrac Tech, unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. Please don't copy it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use our name and marks in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.
5. Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we can't promise it's always complete or error-free. Prices, timelines, and service details are indicative and are confirmed in writing for any actual engagement.
6. Links and third-party services
Where we link to, or connect with, other services — for example a team member's Google or Microsoft calendar — we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties about it — for example, that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hyrac Tech is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
