Hyrac Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a US-based technology and consulting company, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This policy covers hyractech.com — enquiries you send us through the site, requests to book a call, and basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used. It doesn't cover information you send us directly by email or through other channels.

2. What we collect

• When you send a note — your name, organization, email, what you're interested in, your message, and the time and page it came from, plus your consent to be contacted.
• When you book a call — the details you enter into our scheduling tool (usually name, email, and any note you add).
• Site analytics — aggregate information about how the site is used (page views, referring links, approximate country). No individual identifiers are stored.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare for a call — the main reason we collect anything.
• To improve the site over time, based on aggregate analytics.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising, and we don't market to anyone but you about your own enquiry.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries — kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Sooner on request.
• Booking details — kept for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on the call.
• Analytics — aggregate only; nothing that identifies an individual is retained.

5. Who else handles your data

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run the site and respond to you — for example, email delivery, call scheduling, privacy-first analytics, and hosting. Each one processes only what's needed to do its job, and under its own privacy terms. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. 6. Where your data is handled

We're based in the United States, and some of our providers operate in other countries, so your information may be processed in the US and elsewhere. Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:

• Withdraw your consent, where consent is what we rely on.
• Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it.
