We help you win the grant — then deliver it.

Bringing AI into a proposal is hard when you don't have a technical partner. So we help shape the AI part before it's funded, at no cost, and go into the proposal as your named implementation partner. When the grant lands, we're already up to speed and ready to deliver.

Why it exists

A technical partner in the proposal changes how it reads.

Funders increasingly want to see that the technology in a proposal is real and deliverable. Having a named partner who's actually done this makes that case for you.

  1. 01

A concrete, credible AI plan in the proposal — not a vague promise a reviewer will doubt.

  2. 02

Realistic budget lines for the technology, so the numbers hold up under scrutiny.

  3. 03

A named implementation partner with a track record the funder can check.

  4. 04

A team that's already up to speed the day the money arrives — no cold start.

How it works

Before the grant, and after.

Shape the proposal

We help design the AI part — what's realistic, what it delivers, what it costs — and go in as your named implementation partner. No charge for this; we're investing alongside you.

If it's funded

Deliver against it

Once the grant lands, we deliver the AI work we helped scope — assessment, build, deployment or governance — against the proposal and its budget.

Report & support

We help produce the technical evidence funders want to see, and support your team so the work outlasts the grant period.

The arrangement

No cost until there's a grant to deliver.

The pre-proposal work is free — we're betting on the proposal with you. Delivery is scoped and priced against the funded budget, using the same services and rates as everything else here.

Questions

What people ask.

Is the pre-proposal work really free?

Yes. Shaping the AI section, sizing the budget and being named as your partner costs you nothing. We're investing in the proposal alongside you; we're paid to deliver only if it's funded.

What if the grant isn't awarded?

Then we've both put work in and it didn't land — no invoice. We only take on proposals we think are genuinely worth backing.

Which funders does this suit?

Foundations, government and multilateral funders that support technology, infrastructure or capacity-building. If you're unsure whether your funder fits, ask us.

Can you help with the whole proposal?

We focus on the AI and technology part, and the budget around it. We work alongside your proposal team on the rest.
